I am considering painting the floor of my Grady like this one.

Kinda like the way it looks........
Current condition of the floor is less than perfect.....not soft, but doesn't look so hot.

Any suggestions?

Go with an epoxy paint. I used a two part Interlux on the deck of my boat and it's still holding up 8 years later. It's expensive but worth it. Make sure you add some non-skid compound.

Any hints on preperation?
Can it be "rolled-on"?

The deck is already "non-skid".
Will the paint "fill-in" the built-in non-skid?
Is that the reason for ading this material?

Interlux provides good intructions. They even use to supply a tape with the paint.

Like any job worth doing, prep is 90% of the job.
You first sand the deck and then fill in any voids with Marinetex. You might have to use bronze wool on the existing molded non-skid instead of sand paper.

Then you'll have to put a coat of epoxy primer down. Then at least two coats of the epoxy.
It's very easy to apply on horizontal surfaces by using those narrow diameter foam rollers.
On vertical surfaces use thin coats finishing by tipping with a brush. The directions explain this.

I'm not sure what it might do to your existing molded non-skid.
Put down the primer and the first coat and then see what you have. You might not have to add any non-skid compound.
Remember that Grady's are not white in color.
You'll want to go with an off-white.

That last post is almost eligible, i cant quite understand what you are saying or asking? Did you paint your car and it worked or did it not? Do u want to paint your boat? Try to use more words and a few complete sentences accentuated with Punctuation!!

I know in not the best at it myself sometimes.

Re: Painting Fiberglass

Use powdered Comet to clean nonskid for painting. It gets between the grids where other abrasives don't.
