    I pulled my prop this year on my 165 hp Mercruiser, pic attached. I don't know much about hubs on these. How does this one look? I just want to make sure this is good to go for another season. Thanks!

    New riser installation

    I am getting ready to install a new riser on my 165hp I6. The surface that joins to the exhaust manifold is currently covered with paint. Do I need to sand that down to bare metal before installing??? Thanks!

    Busted riser

    I got a little, 6 oz, water in the engine oil in my 165 I6, so I pulled the manifold and riser. Found a small hole in the riser, but manifold looks good. I also noticed the flapper is gone; is that worth replacing, or should I not worry about it? Seems like I should be able to operate fine...

    Gear-end yoke

    I was pressing out the old u-joints from the gear-end yoke for my Mercruiser 1 drive, and managed to slightly bend one of the 'ears' on the yoke.
