my boat sat for two years before realizing this problem i changed the gas, fuel filter and diaghram fuel pump, the marina cleaned my carbs and adjusted the idle and chaged the starter.the motor at idle runs fine but in gear i cant get her past 3000rpms. marina suggests a bad stater ,all 4 plugs...
