i started the boat to re winterize the other day facing the motor the right side was doing all the clacking,i let it warm up a little then pushed the idle up to 1500 rpm and the noise stoped on the right, a little while later the rear lifter on the left started clacking will leave over winter...
the motor has haft system heat exchanger antifreeze in block is clear no water in oil the motor has been replaced with a long block 3 years ago thank you for trying to help
