I recently purchased a sylvan boat that came with a 50hp mercury 3 cylinder engine. I am new to the mercury 2 strokes and I am trying to find out the year and model so I can get parts to get it going. I will attach some pictures. Thanks in advance
I recently installed a waterpump kit into my motor and when I took it out to try it on the water it wouldn't go in reverse just sounded like it was trying to go in reverse but never would. My question is that the linkage at the top of the motor under the carb which way is the L shaped connector...
I am new to owning my own boat and the one I bought was missing the tilt motor and i have been trying to locate the correct parts for the external tilt/trim but no luc . Could someone help me with the correct name and what these parts are called? I have attached a pictur . Thanks in advance
