Finally could get a light and checked .
It was a set for idle at 2deg and highspeed crank at 24deg
I am still not getting full power at WOT
Rpm not going over 2800rpm
I tried to set Timing based on CV16 write up “how to do without timing light” from this link

When I do set it at 21/22 (keep batt key switch ON) and advance throttle lever (without cranking) I do not get the spark at all...
