    Carb soaking

    I am going to rebuild my carbs. My factory manual says the carbs should not be soaked. However, from most post I have read and from talking to others, it seems that soaking them is highly recomended. Does anyone have any suggestions? I just don't want to damage anything. Thanks for any advice.
