Re: Top Gun VS. Sunbrella I haven't used Sunbrella, but I LOVE my Top Gun canvas! It's holding up like STEEL!

    Trailering is a pain

Re: Trailering is a pain Nah, but I just hook both ends in the open end of my transom. Maybe it's a 3" wide strap. Probably. It has wide, flat hooks, that I just place on either side of my motor support below: EDIT: And my bunk slicks are from that Professional Bass Shop place - they...

    Metal Canopy replacement

Re: Metal Canopy replacement I see that this site sells pontoon bimini tops. I have TWO, which give me complete coverage, and the camper sides attach to the biminis.

    Covering Pontoon at the dock

Re: Covering Pontoon at the dock I tend to keep the camper on, both when moored, and when parked in the driveway (when there isn't a foot of snow on it!)

    The Camper

Re: The Camper Yup. The outer most window is screen mesh. The next layer "in" is clear vinyl that has zippers down both sides. These roll DOWN when open. The next layer "in" is heavy green vinyl like the top. It has velcro tabs on the sides. These roll UP when open. The toons easily...

    The Camper

I think this was one of the best purchases we made, when we bought our boat. The whole thing goes up or down in about 20 minutes, and the fit is perfect. Next, you're going to ask who made it, and I can't remember their name.

    Tri-toon extended transom

Re: Tri-toon extended transom Yeah, I did it myself. Picked up the motor support at Bass Pro Shop. When I looked at putting the end on the trailer, I didn't really have a good place to put it. So, I drilled a hole in the bottom of the transom/center tube extension (I think it was a 1/4"...

    Tri-toon extended transom

Re: Tri-toon extended transom This is EXACTLY what I have. And believe me, it's BEEFY. That's all seriously heavy aluminum, and the actual transom is an aluminum box - not just a sheet. I install my transom support on the motor, and it attaches to the bottom of the "toon" - look closely, and...
