    Ayuh,...... Adjust yer trailer jack to where the boat normally sits in the water, then measure what you need,..... The tilt of the wedge is so the float bowls are at the proper angle,....

    Ayuh,..... Welcome Aboard,...... I'm guessing that it's part of the cable assembly,...... It shouldn't be to hard to either glue it back together with super glue,.... Or, self-engineer a piece to clamp it into place,.... Maybe a tiny u-bolt to the bracket,..??
