I recently installed a tell tale with the directions provided on this forum. I just had a quick quesiton. With the mufs on and the warm up lever pulled the tell tale squirts water but every few seconds it kinda sputters like theres a little bit of air coming out. I had to go with a bigger size...
I was wondering what the proper shift rod length on a 1977 evinrude 85 model #85793s was. And also while i have the foot off can i use a waterhose to remove all the sand around the water pump or will it mix with the foot oil if i do.
