I started a floor replacement project on a 1984 Chris Craft Scorpion. The floor was nothing but powder, and the transom is the same way. I have yet to cut into the stringers, but can't believe that they are in any better condition.

Problem: the boat is scarey while driving under med to full throttle, it seem to have a mind of it's own. It will decide to turn on it's own and requires lots of counter steering to straighten it up. Sometimes it has a hard pull to the right, but it's not consistent.
