O, ok, so 3/4" NPT male to 1" OD or should I be measuring that other side using ID as well? the ID looks to be 7/8"

Where to find this fitting for closed cooling exhaust?

I'm trying to find this brass connector that connects from my exhaust manifold to the closed cooling hose on my Mercruiser 5.7. It's a 1" OD barb type fitting with a 45 degree bend to a 1" NPT, I've tried looking everywhere and can't find it, anyone know where I could find one?

2005 Mercury 115 ELPTO No Spark

The wires from the trigger assembly? I was told to check ohms from black to brown and white to purple to make sure the trigger assembly is good.

2005 Mercury 115 ELPTO No Spark

I think my issue is the trigger assembly, I tested the brown to black and white to purple and wasn't getting any ohm reading on either pair of wires

This one does not have an ECU, the wires go straight to each coil pack.

It has 4 individual coil packs that go to each spark plug, how do I check voltage and what should the voltage be?

Yes, battery is fully charged and engine spins over very quickly, I currently have all spark plugs removed the the engine spins very fast.

2005 Mercury 115 ELPTO No Spark

2005 Mercury 115 ELPTO Carb'ed 2 Stroke No Spark. Was running fine on the water then would not start back up. Already replaced all 4 spark plugs, all 4 coil packs, flywheel, and stator. Already disconnected the black/yellow wire at the engine to eliminate any problems at the helm. Not sure what...

2008 Volvo Penta 5.0GL Carb Problems

Man, those covers were a royal PITA to get off, but I finally got them off after using a cutoff wheel and drill to get a hole large enough to get a big pick in, tuned the A/F screws to 1 full turn out each and now the engine runs great, idles perfectly and revs nicely, now just gotta take it out...

2008 Volvo Penta 5.0GL Carb Problems

I removed the stakes with a screwdriver and hammer, that's a good idea, I'll use my dremel with a diamond cut blade to cut a slit in the cover and hopefully pry it off with a screwdriver.

2008 Volvo Penta 5.0GL Carb Problems

Any suggestions how to get these tamper proof covers off the A/F screws? I tried drilling and I don't know what it's made of but I can't drill through it, I tried using a small chisel to cut a slit in the side but this is one tough cover.

2008 Volvo Penta 5.0GL Carb Problems

O I thought the accelerator nozzle is the u shaped metal piece, I did unscrew the big phillips in the middle where the fuel comes out from the accelerator pump and did clean that out.

2008 Volvo Penta 5.0GL Carb Problems

Ok, I'll get a new power valve, would that cause it not to idle at all? I wasn't able to get a fishing line through the air bleeds but let it sit in carb cleaner then blew it out with 175 psi and now I can see through the hole pretty well. The welsh plugs you're talking about are the plugs...
