Bought a 85 Ranger 340 V with an apparent 115 Evinrude. The guy I got it from said it ran fine up to about 3/4 throttle but would die at WOT. Said he rebuilt the carbs and put a 12psi electric fuel pump on it and it still would die at WOT. I verified that it WOULD run...
