Ok did what was suggested .still didn’t work . I had posted earlier that with the key off , I am getting 7 to 10 volts on my gauges ground wire. Someone suggested it was the kill switch. I either misunderstood or didn’t hook up right
Thought I found the ground issue. But it is draining battery. Unhooked wiring harness to gauges and checked the voltage . 9.8 volts. The motor harness is disconnected. There is nothing else that I can come up with that is draining my battery
I am trying to replace gauges from a 2013 nitro donor boat to a 2004 ranger. When I hook up the fuel gauge and turn on key, I get 10 volts on ground wire. Also happening when I try to hook up tach. HELP. Thank you
