    Cooling water tube - 4hp outboard

    how do I get the cooling tube out of the motor? i'm not getting cooling water coming out, and when I blow into this tube (with the lower drive casing removed), it doesnt blow out under the bracket like it is supposed to. is it just removing the upper casing from the motor block?

    Yamaha 4hp outboard idle

    Hi; I have a 2005 (or so) Yamaha 4hp, 4 stroke outboard. It had a new carb put in 2 summers ago, and then last summer it lost it's ability to idle. It starts OK, runs OK from mid throttle up, but will die right away when I reduce the throttle. Do I need to buy a manual in order to tune this...
