When greasing the P/S actuator on a cobra via the zerk fitting how do you know when you have the correct amount of grease in the actuator? The service manual said not to over grease the actuator and the manual also said to install 1 oz of grease to the actuator.

1990 OMC Cobra 5.7 each valve cover has bayonet style 1/4 twist style oil filler caps.
I have noticed oil residue on valve covers in the area of the oil filler caps.
I checked the original oil filler caps and they seem to not fit as tight as what I think they should.

Sometimes when I turn on my 546s the G2 vision card inserted the 546s doesn't recognize the G2 vision info.
I then have to take the G2 vision card out of the 546s and reinsert it to get the G2 vision card to be recognized by the 546s and load the G2 vision features.

The thread insert #75 on my OMC cobra came out when removing the bolt that holds the transom mount cap #28.
The threads on the bolt where buggered up causing the thread insert to be stuck on the bolt.
Also as best as I can tell the threads in the transom mount hole look to be buggered up also...
Alignment checked with alignment rod all looks good.
But if I turn engine over looking at the coupler it seems the coupler has a slight wobble(slightly off center)
Have been running this way all season with no noticeable vibrations.
Is a slight amount of runout of the coupler acceptable?
How much labor charge should one expect to pay to have a Cobra drive completely disassembled, inspected, reassembled to factory specs and pressured checked at a Marine service dealer?
