briangcc, unfortunately with no fix insight the issue is on iboats side and you’re not the only one going through odd times of getting back in because the issue iboats is having is both the inbound and outbound internal email system isn’t currently working so...
Since you changed the design of the motor mounts to the newer type, there are some differences that the directions might not be covering in which reminds me of a recent thread by @Steve51 that may help you out a bit better too...

That usually comes with a/the shift cable from the cable manufacturer and one is called a Protective swivel seal while the smaller one is called the Protective wiper seal shown here,
