How about the Mallory RA107039M looks like a replacement for the IBM-4115 Prestolite. Does anyone have any knowledge on this particular mallory distributor being used in the mid 60's 283F marine engine?

Both port and starboard distributors have been converted to Ignitor 2 see pic. But seems like a lot of corrosion and a no spark condition on port side. I am looking for reliability. So with that said is the Mallory what others are turning too? Also i suppose items needed would be new...
So on my 1967 Chris Craft with twin 283's the distributors are looking rough and i would like to find the best replacement. Anyone deal with this lately.
