    Would lower crankshaft seal let water into number four cylinder on a Johnson 85hp engine????

    We did and could be the crankshaft seal?? Water is sort of white in color. Does that make sense? Thanks

    Still leaking water inside number 4 cylinder, & got hot buzzer sounded off. Head was checked before installed. ????

    We are putting another head on , rechecking exhaust plate gasket. In a few days we'll if that has fixed it. Refurbished head & surfaced also. Thanks for input🙂

    Head was surface. Compression @ 100psi. On all cylinders. About three spins of engine with starter.👌

    We have does this, still getting water in cylinder. We also remove & replace exhaust bubble plate gaskets & pulled power head & replaced gasket there also. Still water in cylinder???
