I have what I believe is a Danforth style anchor. The bottom could flip from side to side. I'm not sure if it is too light or what the problem is with this anchor but I always have problems setting it. there is about 5 ft of chain on it. It hardly ever sets unless if the bottom is really rocky...
Should I be using corrosion x or the heavy duty version on my outboard & other parts? I see they say the difference is that the heavy duty leaves a greasy film...does the regular version leave a sticky film also?
Is another brand more recommended?
Hey guys....I have a bit of a problem with my reverse gear on my 250 yammy 2 stroke. Before I launch or when I just get going on the water the reverse goes in fine but as the day progresses the gear gets really difficult to get in. Fwd goes in fine but the reverse I actually have to yank it in...
I plan on setting up the downrigger with an umbrella at the end of the line in saltwater hoping to catch a few king fish, cavali or carite at the other end. Planning to rig the umbrella with some silver spoons. What are your thoughts?
