    Does anyone know how the overide spring is supposed to be attached on a 1974 50hp evinrude lark? Mine just keeps popping up and getting stuck and motor just revs super high idk what to do can't find any info no where

    So I'm in this position now🤔 so I don't need to remove the tilt tube to replace the portside stop link. Mine is a 1974 50hp Evinrude 50473M
