My 1997 115hp Johnson oceanrunner has problems with shutting down during idle. also runs like its spitting and sputtering.and only runs up to 4200rpms. When idleing it just shuts off and i have to crank it in high idle position. No problems with primer bulb going flat. Cylinders are functioning...
