11.5 on the excite wire on the alternator 12.3 on the sense wire on the alternator 45 on the main charging wire on the alternator and 12.3 at the battery as i give more RPMs the voltage either stays the same or drops
I am having a charging issue i have installed 2 alternators still not charging when i increase the RPM the alternator output goes down. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Can anyone shine some light on what flywheel i would need for a 5.7 omc I don't really have much info on the motor i bought thr boat used. From some research I've done it seems like a 168 tooth flywheel. Thanks in advance
Thanks for the help everyone. I put the flapper on the exit of the exhaust where the exhaust bellow would usually go. Went out Sunday about 20 miles with no issues with water in the motor just a few carb issues.
