What i can see inside they do look clean. Theres no excessive carbon or sludge. The bowl drain plug was clean and nothing but clean gas came out. The fuel pump looks new as well as most of the fuel lines so i really have no reason to think there there blocked.
It was off the bumper, but still seems to be doing the same thing but now it dies right away also. It fires and runs for 2sec and dies. The bump stop lookes to be fully extended should it be screwed in more maybe?

I think the biggest flaw is the top of the transom is open with just a metal cap to keep out water. Myself would have wrapped the fiberglass over the transom from both sides that way it would have been water tight from the start
Finally got to opening up the back of my boat good thing i did found more water damage than i had thought. Now starts the chipping and chiseling. Ill keep updating on my progress
Connector from controler to motor was bad so after i rewired everything to a terminal block (and fixed the backwards wires at the ignition) and all was good
