I just bought a Mercury Quicksilver Power 2 Variable Pitch Prop 48-823510A19. Does any body have a manual on how to adjust it ect. Does anyone know anything about these props. Thanks for the feed back..
Bought a new prop it fit the splines but hits the trim nano. I have a alum. prop 14.25x17 mich. that works just fine but I thought I would try a SS prop so went and got a Rature 14.25r17 and it is hit the nano what is going on.

I just bought my first boat. It is a 1987 Celebrity 19.5 ft. with a mercruiser 5.7 with an Alpha1. I took it out and it is so stiff to turn the steering wheel. you have to use boath hand. Can anyone help me to what is wrong with this.
