I have a 2001 Merc 4.3L EFI with Alpha Drive. Needed to change out zincs. Guy at the counter gave me five zinc anodes. A flat one for the upper Alpha Drive, one over the hydraulic connector box, two for the pistons and one, not so obvious as to where it goes. It's the Quicksilver Anode...
Have a 2001 Mercruiser 4.3L with Alpha Drive. Damaged the prop yesterday. I straightened the tab washer and removed the propeller nut. Can't seem to remove the spline washer despite grabbing the prop and pushing and pulling like a mad man. Can I get away with using a 3 arm pully puller on it...
