    broke exhaust manifold drain plug

    All the threads are still in hole.Got screwdriver up in it but it wont budge.I used all my might and no go.Very hard to access.Can I melt it out?Or is that a stupid idea.Its like its welded in there.

    polished aluminum

    I have a polished aluminum tower on my boat.I don't want it to dull,so i've been shrink wrapping it every winter.I.ve also put numerous coats of liquid glass sealer on it .So my question is do i need to wrap it over winter months to slow oxidizing down?

    Is there anything you can "safely" coat bellows with that would slow down deterioration due to elements?Maybe a silicon spray etc...?

    I have the 220hp merc 305,need to change oil filter but can only reach it with my fingertips.What is the easiest way to remove it ie. what do i need to remove in order to remove it or is there a way to do it without removing anything else first.
