    Think my ESA died on my OMC 800

    When I go and press my micro switch to engage my ESA, nothing happens. Boat is almost 25 years old (1983 OMC 800 mechanical shift). I wonder if the ESA finally died??     Anyone ever changed the Spark Plugs on a Ford 5.4L Triton V8?

    Finally got my ball gear off the shaft in the intemediate. Had to torch it to bust it free. Got the new one on and used my impact wrench to tighten.
