    I could not agree more.. The only thing that throws me for a loop is A. I cant find any model #'s that start at E1009 and none of them in 88--94 have a woodruff Key.

    Also the input shaft has a metal woodruff key for the water pump instead of the normal plastic keeper

    Yes in a perfect world but unfortunately the 25 hp is gone and the 100 hp is only partially there

    I have 2 engines I am trying to locate model/ year of production for the serial number of the first 1 is R8180101 it is a 25 hp Tracker / Evinrude The 2nd one is R8225860 with a partial model number of E100S it is a 100 hp Evinrude I have posted pictures as well

    The engine is running rough and not hitting max rpm . no fault codes present but looking at the sensors the only thing that stands out is the engine load is showing 100% while the engine is not running. if it was automotive id be thinking MAF sensor ? what's you guys thoughts ?

    My bet is its the wrong prop for that lower .. It probably has the correct spline count but the splines probably run the whole length of the hub which is stopping it from going any lower on the shaft. Not all props have splines the entire length of the hub OMC and mercury , mercruiser are...
