Stock lag's were short and torqued/rolled out of the transom slightly, throwing off my engine alignment. Anyone have advice on moving the engine over 1/2" without a crane/lift, or should I work on getting one?

Bought a boat that had the trim limit switch internally disconnected from the pump. There doesn't seem to be a typical harness to connect it too. My question is where do I splice in the two wires to make the system work. Let me know if you need more information.
