    25 hp no spark

    Ok so I got new plugs, wires, coil packs ans I just finally got my power pack in today. Hooked it all up and it gets spark, but it's a weak spark. And after the first crank the spark dies or fades out really bad. Im out of ideas and going crazy over it. Has anybody else had this problem before???

    Hey guys. 04 Johnson 25 horse not getting spark. The top cylinder is intermittent with a weak spark and bottom has no spark. New plugs in it and I checked the wires from the coil packs. Any idea which direction to go next? Thanks!
