    replacement wrist pin bearings

    My replacemnet wrist pin bearings look like they have way to much open area where there is no washer or bearing please look at attached picture. It is 1983 60hp 2 cyl.

    piston to cyl clearance

    I am rebuilding a 2cyl 60 hp and the machinest says i can just hone but i will be .003 over stock bore size which will put me at about .006 cyl to bore clearance is this acceptable or should i just bore? How long will the motor last and and what is the disadvantages I am buying new pitons...

    60 hp 2 cyl water in bottom cyl

    Hi I have a 1983 60hp with water in the bottom cyl I think it is a head gsket becouse I have only an outer exhaust cover gasket. Is there any other place for water to get in? Also gan the head gasket be done on the boat? Thanks

    I have a 1983 60hp 2cyl evinrude and need a exhaust cover gasket my repair manual shows an inner and an outer gasket in the diagram but napa cannot get the inner one they tell me they can only get the outer one and thats all that is listed. so does anybody know if there is only one or two...
