I agree its definitely a bad word at our house, this is what I had to rebuild last spring 7500 bolts in that thing! it was a ton of work with the demo and rebuild just me and the wife and some rental equipment :eek:

well she splashed today went out on the Shenandoah river, did a little fishing didnt catch anything but had an awesome time. boat did great motor ran great.all was good but cant wait to get it out again.

well I got quite a bit done this weekend and man did it feel good to get that much done. I kept waiting for Murphy to show up and just kept thinking I was forgetting to do something but so far so good.

Well I got the deck done gelcoat turned out like I wanted and I got my through hull fittings in and will get the cap back on tomorrow and hopefully the motor too.

Ok so the deck is in and I have a gallon of white gelcote to put down on it I was planing on just rolling a couple of coats and from what Ive read I will need to mix some wax in my last coat is this correct ? any advise would be appreciated on...

well just some new pics , got the under side of the deck done and will try to get it installed this weekend but I will have to wait to glass it in,resin from us composites is on its way. Btw home depot resin with wax is quite a bit different to work...

ok got all the foam loose , what is the stringer in the center of the hull for ? It is not tied to anything else . also when I build the transom whats the best way to laminate the two pieces of ply together resin or liquid nails or something ...
