I removed the engine cover on my 94 DT40C because I need to replace a gasket on the exhaust plate cover...well like six of the M6 bolts snapped in the aluminum engine (Great job Suzuki put stainless hardward into aluminum in a location where constant thermal cycling will occur...not to mention...
The motor has a rough idle but is great from about 1/8 throttle all the way up to WOT. Some times after I shut it off it won't start and if I pull the plugs they are soaked...I can put new plugs in and it will fire right back up...any ideas
Just bought this Suzuki was out of water since last year. Put fresh fuel and plugs and battery and it will run great from 1/8 throttle right up to WOT. It idles kinda bumpy and many times it fights me when I try to start it after shutting it off...any advice? Thanks - Nate
