My plate on my motor says 225TLRS which has 3 fuel pumps and no prime start. However my motor has only 2 pumps and has prime start which leads me to believe that it is a 93 model and not a 94.

Years ago Rodbolt gave me settings for these screws but I have lost them. He said (I believe) that these motors like a bit rich setting. I know what the manual says but his word was Bible to me.

I just had a yama tech tell me (under no circumstances) use STABIL on a 2stroke carb engine, He said yamaha came out with a tech notice warning not to use it. Never heard such a thing.

No top end. Stalls when given gas. Here's what I have done so far.
Idles at 800 rpm with muffs. Hit choke lever, no chg in rpm. Sprayed carb clearner into each cyl- no chg in rpm.
Pumped fuel blub- no chg.
Ck'd all plugs( looked wet). regapped/cleaned/ put back in. checked spark- all Ok.

Has anyone had experience with Ultra tuff vs Kiwi products? I used a two part expoxy a couple of years ago but stains have penetrated it. Now I have a soft section that I need to replace and I don't wish to use the same paint.
