I was changing the prop on my 2004 Suzuki df90 and the prop shaft split when I went to insert the cotter pin.
The end broke off up to middle of cotter pin hole. I could get the nut back on but not overly confident of the prop staying put. Anyone have some idea other than threadlock glue to keep...

I have a fuel injected 90hp Bombardier Johnson(Suzuki df90). I put new plugs in and have only been running with rabbit ears to set new cables up. Had issues idling and checked plugs today. The top 2 are black while bottom are like new. What could be the cause?
