Its a 1994 mercruiser 7.4 liter. The line comes from the pump and goes to the rack (looking for the side that goes into the rack, not the pump). The thread looks too fine to be regular pipe thread? is it compression fitting...

Hi guys,
I'm chasing down a TBIV issue and I don't want to beat a dead horse; I would just like some quick sanity checks.
The problem started at the end of last year, and I dd the diagnostics check, and I thought the problem was the pick up in the dizzy because I would have spark when tapping...
This started after I did a compression test.
There appears to be no power at the coil. I cannot figure out why? However, if I pull the main wire off of the coil and leave it loose on top, I can see spark when I crank it....what?!
I have the troubleshooting diagram, and it says to check...
does anyone know where I could search for a carb rebuild kit for a 1994 mercruiser 454 with a weber carburetor? I know its a dumb question, but I really am not sure. Can a generic Rochester kit work?

Doing some searching on the boards here, and I got curious. I have a 1994 7.4 mercruiser with Captain's call exhaust. Its got flappers on the thru-hull portion, would there be shutters some where as well?
