Boat has sat for a few years... I know the floor is rotted on a few areas around the gas tank access, and also all of the seat cushion back have disintegrated. I have decided to rip up the floor and see what kind of fun i can get into. I will post pics of what I come across.

theres a video hope it works, it shows on the forward area above the lower unit water is coming out. I don't remember water coming out from the spot, is it bad or is it normal? I havent ran it in a few months and can't remember the "norm"

First attack at gelcoat also.. this is where i realized white is way off.... my coloring agents should be here Friday..
These started off as cracks..... I dremeled them deeper and at a "v"...

Ok, its still raining outside but dashed to the boat and jumped under the cover... (which I now realize is not protecting ANY water from coming in...) and got some pics...

Just need to trim some spots to align a bit better... then I'm going to go get the oil based paint... here's it someone assembled to see how I was doing...
I've also included redoing some of the vinyl trim pieces that weren't holding up to the sides while I redo some gouges you guys are helping me with....
I removed the staples and removed the vinyl....
my question is what kind of wood was used... it seemed to have a thin layer.. almost like...

Where the OB is housed.. ?transom? (school me on verbage please).. theres a bucket... both ends have cracks
