Soaked every metal part including the copper valve plate (no-no?) and I have it back on throttle shaft but it is binding when trying to rotate to fully closed. Sprayed some PTFE in there and it helped move it a little. Don't want to force it. I've tried loosening the screws a bit and trying to...
