The kit I used to rebuild my VRO came with (2) items i did not use becasue they do not seem to go anywhere..
(1) a small O ring for the vaccum seal (mine was larger and still good so i reused it)
(2) A large O ring that is shown in the diagrahm (mine did not have this O ring in the old pump)...

I'm looking into rebuilding the carbs on my V4 and in searching for the correct kit (which i think i found) I am a bit confused on how many kits I need. the site I was on said 1 kit per engine???...
My engine is a four cylinder and has 4 carbs..so do I assume 4 kits or are kits made...
Just wondering what reeds are and what function they serve?
Also wondering if they can be a problem in how the engine runs or acts...obviously if they break I assume that is not good...
