Does anyone know the switching temperature of the exhaust riser temperature switches on a 5.7Gi.
I presume they are normally open until a set temperature, and then close to activate the alarms. But at what temperature? I have tested mine in boiling water and they still don't switch closed...

I am installing a closed cooling system onto my 5.7Gi with 75 hours on the clock. It has previously been raw salt water cooled. Should I flush it with a product like Evapo-Rust to remove rust particles that could block the heat exchanger.
