I have a question which I have been debating with several people.
Should the stainless fuel filler and stainless fuel tank breather be connected to the negative terminal on the battery?
I.E. should they be earthed / grounded?

I have a 1993 5.0 omc cobra and out drive
I have been following the manual to winterize.
Everything was going great until I got to the out drive.
I cannot remove the drain screw (C) from port side of pivot housing.
I have Removed both vent plugs(D) and drain plug (E) on starboard side...

I haven't found any O rings in these fittings but the pipe end is flared stainless tube.

I have a 1993 OMC Cobra which has a mechanical fuel pump (Carter)
I managed to mangle one of the 90 degree male / female elbows when fitting a new pump (See picture)
Im trying to find the same fitting but cant seem to find them anywhere ( Im in the U.K. )
I know the internal bore is 1/4"...
