I got a marine cam from comp cams cL11-232-3.Flat tappet lifters.it does says replace valve springs.do you know which valve springs from comp cams to get and can I use the original caps and keepers or do I need those too?
I have a gen 4 mercruiser 454.
I need to know which service manual to use.Some say #16 but that is gen 5 and up I think.
I'm having to replace cam and top end parts and gaskets.So I need to know about valve adjustment procedure and timing procedures and steps to go about it.
