2008 Rinker 276br. The two seats at the very rear that face backwards just above the swim platform are collecting rainwater Under them in a storg compartmen. I don’t see a drain in there and there appears to be a factory installed plastic liner. It rains just about every day here in Florida...
So I added the mercruiser remote tilt switch to my boat and i have the volvo penta 8.1 and now the remote tilt switch works great but now the tilt/trim switch on the throttle does'nt work. I matched wire coloring to both connectors, any idea why throttle trim/tilt not working?
yes it works but i want to add remote tilt switch using mercruiser part # 87-815200A02. I have read it will work with VP systems so long as the connector is the same.

I called a local shop to have all my bellows replaced requesting use of only oem bellows. The shop proceeded to tell me no problem with replacing the ujoint and shift cable bellows but if the exhaust bellows was good to leave it on as "the recent oem exhaust bellows they have gotton keep falling...
I just replaced the impeller on the engine above and when i run it on the muffs at idle there seems to be water exiting out of the upper body of the engine its the part circled in the photo...is this normal? did i do something wrong?
On my bravo 3 i can feel a slight play vertically when i pull on the first larger prop pulling up toward the smaller second prop is this normal?? I tightened the nut really good but still has some play in it .

i have a merc alternator 862031 and want to wire it up to a battery isolator. i know what the big orange wire is but it also has 2 smaller wires going to a plug. one of the small wires is purple and the other small wire is red. how do i wire this up???
