    You don't say what year and what engine. Some years they are replaceable But the newer ones aren't available. Only the high side is available

    The discharge should be above the water line. You sure they are bilge pump outlets beings there is another one on the other side Does your hoses have a syphon breaker, with the vent fitted up high above the waterline?

    Looking for paint other then the rattle can paint that volvo has for there outdrive. More of a enamel or epoxy that will last on a drive kept in freshwater 6 months of the year. A lot of topside paints available but you can't use them below the waterline
