    OK I have a question I need help with...This is the audible alarm from the boat I think its bad everything looks fine with the wiring ....If this is hooked as soon as I connect the battery it goes crazy...so I pulled it off the boat checked across all the wires no shorts...Now I put my meter on...

    Re: Bought a Sylvan Offshore 22' Nice boat I have a 21' footer I'm doing a restore on.....good luck with her ....Oh by the way check the gas tanks carefully if they are the Resin type the hold down brackets leak on the tank run your hand on them and smell for gas if you have access.........

    Hiya all, I pulled the gas tank today ( PITA ) outta my sylvan because it was leaking ..I attached some pictures its leaking by the square screw inserts in the pictures any Ideas on how to repair...its been leaking for a long time since you can see the discoloration on the tank...The wood...
