    Have a 1976 cheetah 170 with a alpha one a newer 3.0 mercruiser. The boat sat since 2009 it has 50 hours on the motor and out drive the out drive is stuck in the up position when trying to trim down the solenoid click when straight wired to green wire the pump runs but out drive will not lower...
