Yours seems too far gone to come back, but thats also what I was told so.......but mine did come with a working outboard. Also that "solid" deck that held you, its not, and that transom that holds the motor...

What would cause this type of motor to only foul plugs on port side?
I Believe odd number cylinders 1.3.&5.
I have been told my 3 carb setup has preset air fuel mixture, which i believe since there is no adjustment that I can find.

first google search has this picture. pretty common steering. goes with almost any boat set up with an outboard.

I recently took my 18foot 84 Stratos with Mariner 150 out with its SS prop and when I go into forward gear it goes into gear like a normal outboard going forward, but then with a little gas kicks, like something is slipping and then catching (like in a car popping a clutch feeling). It only does...

reviewing the diagram dosnt seem my motor has an Idle mixture screw, how do I adjust my mixture without it? or am I missing something?

yah everything left is cosmetic. new gauges carpet and hardware.
She handles great.
lots of big waves created by local ski boats put the integrity of the new structure and it performed great. cuts the deep wakes smooth. No chine walking at high speeds...

after dealing with financial blocks, i finally got the motor running mostly right. and was able to do some water trials yesterday, the "maiden Voyage" wont be official till we have some fishing rods on board, but heres some pics and ill post a video of us...

I used heavy duty plastic from wal mart, with a layer of WD-40 to prevent sticking to the deck...
this method ensured 2 things, Full expansion of foam to the bottom of deck with no air pockets AND most important I didnt have to cut holes in my pretty, solid one piece, brand...

I sold this guy my old boat, which I replaced all the electrical on the motor mentioned, parts replaced.

after replacing the motor...
help ID, looks like a startcraft...my buddy saw my resto and he went out and bought this boat to resto, so I offered to help find a simliar boat restoration write up so he can get some ideas started... heres the pics
