    That’s exactly what a mechanic told me ,the transom seems to be in a good condition, the transom plate seal seems to be the problem, filled the spot with 3m , in a week and doing a test in the water , but even if it work , I have to pull the engine out eventually and do it the right way 🤦‍♂️...

    I filled the bilge with water and tilted the bow up ,water was coming out through the corners of the metal and the transom, I was thinking on stack that space with m3 sealing, but not sure if that cavity is there for a reason ?
