    HELP W/ Cam upgrade 5.7 electronic fuel injection

    Motor is a freshly rebuilt 5.7 liter motor w/ Vortec heads EFI. It was bored 30 over. Only upgrades I have done is upgrade plugs and wires and thru hull exhaust. I really like to upgrade to a performance cam. Has anyone done this before or have any recommendations. Thanks
